Many providers offer batch-based processes or may even claim they have a real-time solution, but the Solution really just processes batches faster! Our n-tier, web-service-accessable Solution, including our 3rd party system integration, is capable of true real-time processing.

We included Kiosk, Web, and Phone concepts in our original Solution design to ensure tight integration - so Kiosks, Phone, and Web integration are not an after-thought! This means all components of our Solution are designed to work together in real-time - this means the moment a transaction is posted on a Kiosk you can report on it!

3rd Party Real-Time System Integration

Our Data Bridge is highly configurable and capable of pushing and/or pulling data in real-time to virtually any system. Using techniques that are similar to the Blackberry's ability to "push" email to your phone the moment it is sent, we are able to push updates to or from your system to ensure live synchronization with our own system.

Myths about Web-based and Browser-Based Jail Software

Many have jumped aboard the "browser-based-application" bandwagon. But most browser-based applications are slower, require frequent screen refreshes, have a more limited user interface, and are not truly platform or browser independant. This technology is definitely improving (and you can see the benefits of the latest ASP.NET and AJAX technologies in our web-based Solutions), but give us call to fully understand the limitations of browser-based applications before investing in the technology.

Unlimited Kiosks, Users, Sites

Multi-Site

Support for Unlimited Sites (ie. Jails) makes our Solution ideal for centralized control of multiple facilities by a DOC, large County Jail, private correctional organization, or Vendor providing service to multiple facilities. Our single sign-on security model means you don't need multiple usernames and passwords, while giving you the flexibility and auditing you need.

Multi-vendor

Not only are we not tied to a specific vendor, our Solutions support the use of multiple vendors.

Unlimited Users, Inmate Accounts, and Kiosks

Because of older technology, some providers have limits to the number of concurrent Users, simultaneous transactions, and related limits. There is no limit to the number of Users, Inmate Accounts, or Kiosks that you can configure for a Site - as your needs increase we can simply scale to meet those needs.
